Reminders
1. Provincial Unit RE TEST ----- if you child wants to do a retest, Thursday at lunch this week!! Tests have been sent home to be signed.
2. Jan 30th outdoor school info night at 6pm
3. Math night Feb 6th 6-8pm
4. Swimming report cards have ALL been returned as of today
5. Hard of Hearing presentation Monday 27th at 1:30pm
6. G.P. Vanier middle school presentation Wednesday 29th at 1:30pm
Today in class we dove into some tougher ratios to gauge the level of understanding. The students did really good for the most part. We will be continuing ratios into next week and be done next Thursday.
After that we learned about what makes a story worth reading. I will be reading, marking, and providing feedback to their stories this weekend. Then we had library and gym.
In the afternoon we finally started our Charter of Rights and Freedom unit. Hopefully this unit doesn't last too long and then we can dive into Ancient Athens.
