November Pillars of Care Winners

Care for Others: Dawson - He has been an excellent classmate and friend this past month.  He has been helping people cut their cardboard for our city project, promoting healthy and safe play outside with his friends at recess, and has been helping his peers with fractions.

Care for Learning: Ann - She has been outstanding this month in all of her assessments.  Ann has been nearly perfect on multiple math tests, earned great marks on her reading comprehension assessment and has been an active leader by showing the entire class how hard someone can work on their projects.

Care for Place: Rilley - He has been instrumental in keeping the classroom, his spot, and floor clean.  Lately, we have been building cities and Rilley makes sure everyone helps clean up the mess at the end of the day. Thank you so much Rilley!

Care for Self: Blake - He has taken care of himself to the next level by implementing the feedback and discussions we had at parent-teacher conferences this past week.  I am really happy and proud to see Blake asking for help and advocating for himself during lessons.

Pillar of the Month: Lucas -
This month’s pillar was empathy and Lucas is the definition of it.  He cares for his friends, his classroom, and his school work.  He always asks someone what’s wrong and always tries to help his friends in school and social situations at recess.  Well done Lucas!
