Reminders

1. Poetry project deadline is Monday 9th, no more class time will be dedicated to this! 

2. Vaccine forms were due today, deadline Monday.  The Vaccines are Friday, Nov 13th 

3. No school next Wednesday 

4. Spelling test #4 was sent home to be signed and returned

Today we dove right into The Giver with Ms. Nelson.  They did a lot of text previewing, reading, listened to the audio book too, and answered questions.  I think she did a really great job! 

We had gym and our snack and some time to study for the spelling test.

We did the spelling test and corrected it.

Then we started working our wreath for Remembrance Day.  We used our hands with a message "We will never forget you" for the leaves of it.  Then we started making 3D-poppies.  We didn't get them done, but will finish on Monday.
