Tuesday May the Fourth Be with you

4. Athens Brochure due Tuesday, May 11th (we had to do an online survey sent to our google classroom) 

Today we changed around the class and seating spots and hopefully the students will enjoy it. 

In gym we practiced how to properly throw a football and how to do a rugby pass.

In math we started our new unit: algebraic expressions (how to solve for x and undo equations). We are learning all the steps and basics before getting into the nitty gritty parts of it. 

In science we worked on our paper airplane project: we had variables and how they affected the flight, they had to draw the trajectory,  measure the distance, draw their design, and make a comment about how streamlined their designs were.  We will be doing this again tomorrow most likely. 

We did padewan meditation for star wars day and watched the 3min short on Disney + from the Simpsons about Maggie's day with the force. 

Then in social we had to do a 40 question survey and had some time to work on our brochures.
